Opting for Slow-living

Discovering God's will and purpose for my life has truly been a remarkable experience! Finding peace in my soul has come from knowing I'm in alignment with God's plan and embracing a Kingdom mindset. For years, I searched for my purpose, but it wasn't until I shifted my focus from myself and my desires to Him that everything fell into place. It's in His will that I've found true fulfillment. the Bible tells us in Matthew 6:33, to seek the Kingdom first and everything else will come afterwards...but you must definitely seek the Kingdom first. And in doing so, by taking the focus of my desires, daily sitting in HIS presence, and setting my desires aside, is when He actually gave me the desires of my heart. I am still a work in progress...but so far, I'm loving the inner peace that has come with submitting to the Holy Spirit. Granted, life still has it's moment of lifing...BUT GOD still embraces me with peace, comfort, and wisdom to endure. Love ya!
